Interproximal Diamond Bur - 0,4mm
This IPR diamond bur is specifically designed for interproximal reduction of the anterior teeth. These unique burs have two parts for both slicing and re-contouring, allowing for precise enamel removal while restoring the tooth's normal anatomy.
The J316 dental bur is specifically designed for inter proximal reduction (IPR) of anterior teeth. Its most exclusive feature is the ability to restore the normal anatomy after the IPR is completed.
The special diamond coating prevent micro-fractures in the tooth enamel. The bur is to be used with gentle swiping motions in an occluso- gingival or gingivo - occlusal direction. The needleshaped part which is 0.3/0.4 mm thick enables the clinician to grind away minute amounts of enamel at the contact point between neighboring anterior teeth (canine to canine). Subsequently the sharp corners are rounded utilizing the diverging concave area at the base of the bur.
The bur is unique as the two functional parts needed for slicing and re-contouring are featured in a single bur.
